Our Services
Fascia Stretch Therapy
This is a pain-free assisted stretch method that addresses the entire fascia system, which is the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and organs. The therapist will guide and support the client through the movements and stretches to relieve pain and improve muscle recovery, flexibility, and range of motion.
In-Person Personal Training
You will work one on one with a certified personal trainer. We emphasize personal attention and specific programming geared towards the individual. Training sessions are customized to the client, after assessing the fitness level, personal goals, and any limitations.
Online Training Programs
Fitness coaching and guidance that is provided remotely. These plans are customized to the client based off of their personal goals and equipment available. Programs include progress tracking, accountability check-ins, flexible scheduling, and optional nutrition guidance to support your training and recovery.

I am a certified stretch therapist through the Stretch to Win - Frederick Stretch Therapy technique and I am the owner of Stretch Recovery Plus.
I am a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelors in Nutrition and Food Science. Combined with years of experience being a certified personal trainer and stretch therapist, I have helped hundreds of people improve their quality of life and feel their absolute best.
My main goal as a fitness professional is to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, and supporting healthy recovery through stretch therapy.

Cold nights call for a batch of #spicyveggiechili 🌶🌶 warning: very spicy so adjust chili powder and cayenne to preference
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil.
1 large zucchini.
2 large carrots.
1 small onion.
1 green bell pepper.
1 jalapeno pepper.
1 cup low sodium, canned black beans.
1 cup low sodium, canned white beans.
2 tablespoons chili powder.
1 tablespoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
1 teaspoon oregano.
2 teaspoons pepper.

Directions:
1.Chop vegetables into small cube pieces.
2.Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add olive oil.
3.Add vegetables and cook, stirring often, for 8 minutes.
4.Add black and white beans and seasonings and reduce heat to low.
5. Cover pot and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
6. Serve immediately or save for tomorrow’s lunch, enjoy!
7. Optional, add cooked lean ground meat [chicken, turkey, beef].

Ingredients:
4 bell peppers, your preference on color, tops removed.
1-pound lean ground turkey.
1 ½ tbsp. olive oil.
½ onion, chopped.
1 cup sliced mushrooms.
1 zucchini, chopped.
½ red bell pepper, chopped.
½ yellow bell pepper, chopped.
1 cup fresh spinach.
1 14.5oz. can diced tomatoes drained.
1 tbsp. tomato paste.
Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper [to taste].

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Wrap the bell peppers in aluminum foil and place in a baking dish.
3. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from heat.
4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey with some fresh seasoning of herbs and pepper until evenly brown. Set aside.
5. Heat oil in skillet and cook onion, mushroom, zucchini, chopped bell pepper, and spinach until tender.
6. Return turkey to the skillet.
Mix the tomatoes and tomato paste, season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
7.
